Kimberley Lloyd is an accomplished Music Educator with a strong background in Choral Directing. She completed her Bachelor of Education in Music at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Scotland, before relocating to Perth, Australia in 2013. Over the past decade in Australia, Kimberley has taught at various schools, including Newman College, Trinity College, and most recently Perth College, working alongside some of Perth's renowned musicians and educators.

Kimberley holds the Australian Kodály Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Secondary Music Education and is a fully accredited Lecturer for the Australian Kodály Certificate.
 

In 2019, Kimberley furthered her academic pursuits by completing her Masters of Music with a Kodály emphasis from Holy Names University in California. 
 

The birth of Kimberley Lloyd's daughter, Freya, in 2021 marked a significant personal milestone. This event not only brought joy to her personal life but also allowed Kimberley to pursue additional career aspirations. Following the birth of Freya, Kimberley expanded her role at Edith Cowan University, taking on lecturing responsibilities in the Music Education component of the Master in Primary Education and Early Childhood Degree, as well as the Bachelor of Education in both Primary and Secondary education.

Kimberley's commitment to teaching, coupled with her extensive training, positions her as a valuable asset in shaping the education and development of future educators and musicians in Australia.
